Thai Boxing

Mondays  - (general) Muay Boran techniques, Harris Sports Centre - 7.30 - 8.30pm (Main Studio)

Mondays - (FIGHTERS ONLY) Harris Sports Centre - 8.30 - 9.30pm (Main Studio)

Tuesdays – (general) Dulwich Leisure Centre - 8.30 - 9.30pm (Dance Studio 1)

Thursdays – (beginners/general) Dulwich Leisure Centre – 7.30 – 8.30pm (Studio 2/3)

Thursdays - (int/adv) Dulwich Leisure Centre – 8.30 – 9.30pm (Studio 2/3)

Saturdays – (general) Dulwich Leisure Centre - 1 - 3pm (Dance Studio 1)


MMA

Saturdays – (general) Dulwich Leisure Centre - 3.30 - 4.30pm (Dance Studio 2/3) - CLASS CANCELLED DUE TO STUDIO REFURBISHMENT


Tracksuit bottoms/shorts and tshirt/vest are suitable clothing for the above classes.


CLASS LEVELS

BEGINNER - 0 - 6 MONTHS TRAINING

INTERMEDIATE - 6 - 24 MONTHS CONTINOUS TRAINING

ADVANCED - 24 - 36 MONTHS OR MORE OF CONTINOUS TRAINING IN THAI BOXING

GENERAL - ALL

Monthly sessions - Members Only


Sparring sessions only - by arrangement (at least 6 months continous previous training)

ALL ABOVE CLASSES ARE FOR 14YRS+ ONLY, OTHER CLASSES FOR 5-13YRS WILL START SOON.

We usually meet outside the leisure centre at 8pm on Tuesday nights for a run around the park across the road before training. Everyone is welcome.

Please consult your GP if you have any health concerns before taking part in physical activities such as Muay Thai Boxing and other Martial Arts.
