Our Rules
NAME - We are called 'Dynamite Fighting Systems' (hereinafter called the Camp).
AFFILIATION - The Camp is affiliated to the Amateur Martial Association (AMA).
AIMS - The objectives of the Camp shall be to promote and further the fitness of the local community through Thai Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defence and offer coaching and competitive opportunities in these disciplines.
MEMBERSHIP - The Camp consists of members and instructors. Membership is open and not unreasonably restricted on the grounds of sex, race or of political, religious or other opinions, to any person in the area who is prepared to accept and support the objectives of the Camp. In accepting membership, a person agrees to abide by the Camp rules and its instructors. Members under the age of 14 are considered as junior members.
GRADING - The grading structure is such that every 4 months members can participate providing adequate training has been achieved.
CONDUCT - Instructors, assistants and students must conduct themselves in a respectable manner and under no circumstances should they abuse the arts of Muay Thai and/or MMA.
SPARRING - Sparring during classes should be with a controlled manner and protective wear (gum shield and groin guard) must be worn. Head contact is by mutual agreement with training partner at that particular time.
FEES - Fees consist of annual insurance (paid annually to the AMA) and class fees (paid to the instructor before or after each class but on time). Junior members (under 14) pay reduced class fees.
CLOTHING - Appropriate and clean attire should be worn during training, i.e - shorts or tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt or vest. No long chains or chunky jewellery should be worn for safety reasons.
HYGENE - We are a full contact art that involves close quarter clinching and grappling. It is therefore necessary to ensure that you are clean and presentable on attending class.
FINANCE - Monies raised by the Camp itself (i.e. class fees) will be used to support the Camp's aims.
