Personal Training
Some people would like to learn on a one to one basis. Personal training is a great way to ensure progress as all attention is focused on the individual. People have different reasons as to why they prefer a personal session, it could be that they are preparing for competition and need extra advice. Some people are not confident enough to join a class of 20 -30 people and so personal training suits them better.

Whatever the reason, this is all catered for in our camp.
Training is available to suit the individual. If you would like to train in the comfort of your own home, at the leisure centre or in the park that is entirely upto you.
Home/park visits
£32 each or:
(Book a block of 4 sessions, this will cost £120)
(Book a block of 6 sessions, this will cost £168)
(Book a block of 8 sessions, this will cost £208)
(Book a block of 10 sessions, this will cost £240)
(Book a block of 12 sessions, this will cost £264)
Leisure Centre visits
£42 each or:
(Book a block of 4 sessions, this will cost £160)
(Book a block of 6 sessions, this will cost £228)
(Book a block of 8 sessions, this will cost £288)
(Book a block of 10 sessions, this will cost £340)
(Book a block of 12 sessions, this will cost £384)

Each session lasts approx 1 - 1.30 hrs
It is also possible for visits to your place of work for small group sessions or one-2-one's.
